By awarding HUB businesses a 30% goal of the total contract spend for State of Texas contracting, the State is increasing opportunities for HUB certified businesses to develop their economic viability and compete for public sector contracts. The HUB certification program is also receiving recognition from some private enterprises who focus on supporting diversity in their own supply chains.
